Steel Shot Production Process
Using centrifugal casting technology, first use medium frequency electric furnace to melt high-quality scrap steel and sufficient alloy into molten steel at high temperature, and then use high-temperature resistant wheels to throw them in water at high speed to form round particles. Steel shot is widely used in steel products, artifacts products before spraying rust removal, metal material surface pre-treatment before spraying, long service life, up to 2800-3200 times, fast cleaning speed.
