Classification Of Brown Aluminum Oxide Granular Sand
Mainly divided into F sand, P sand and W sand, all three have fixed particle sizes, mainly used for abrasives, sandblasting, grinding and polishing
1. F sand
It is a common brown aluminum oxide abrasive product with a main particle size of F12-F220, which is used in various casting artifacts, grinding, polishing, etc., and can be used for the production of various grinding wheels.
2. P sand
P sand is better than brown aluminum oxide F sand. It requires several processing steps, such as pickling, water washing and air separation. Its particle size is generally P12-P220, which is more suitable for grinding high-precision artifacts.
3. W sand (also known as micro powder)
standard sizes: #230-#2500, mainly used for grinding and polishing of ceramic products, fine artifacts, and glass products.
